Land Australia is part of the Hickinbotham Group, South Australia’s largest, family-owned building and development company. For over 65 years, Land Australia has developed more than 60 vibrant community estates.

To make it easy for them to manage everything in one place
We housed all sites, including the 8 subsites, in one Content Management System (CMS).
We created two pages, ‘Land’ and ‘House & Land’, to showcase the available lots and packages for sale in Land Australia’s communities. We added the capability to filter by attributes such as location, price range, and land size to help users easily find their ideal build location.
Integrate data syncs
We wanted Land Australia’s team to be able to easily manage the data feeding into the ‘Land’ and ‘House & Land’ pages. For the ‘Land’ page, we worked with Land Australia to facilitate a function that imports data directly from their land management system. For the ‘House & Land’ page, we created a data sync from their building websites, which include Hickinbotham, Statesman Homes, SAHC, and Liberty. The data sync seamlessly imports currently available packages.
User focused features
We created an interactive masterplan map for each of the 8 community development subsites. The masterplan map lets users view the entire layout of the estate, including parks and recreational spaces. Users can easily browse available, on hold, and sold lots in great detail, which helps streamline the decision-making process. We developed the capability for users to see the size of the block, dimensions and layout, and pricing. Users can then register their interest in the land on the same page.
We integrated the EasyPay payment portal to provide a simple way for buyers to make their deposits for a home or land package online. The EasyPay portal uses a straightforward two-step form to make securing their purchase simple and seamless. EasyPay’s secure payment gateway and high data security create a safe checkout experience for Land Australia and its users.
