Loan Studio is a boutique mortgage brokerage offering long term, relationship-based lending solutions and industry-leading service to clients and referral partners. Looking for a unique and responsive experience, we designed and developed a new website tailored to their needs.
With a large range of service offerings, we added a ‘Quicklinks’ area right on the homepage. Using icons that signpost the different service ares, users can browse the links relevant to them and see a brief description about what each area contains. These links work as access points for both new and returning users.
As Loan Studio have a strong social media and content strategy in place, we custom built a social media and content hub to house a variety of media types. With relevant tags across different content categories, users can browse through videos, blogs, articles, fact sheets, Q&A’s and a social media feed. Users are encouraged to engage by submitting a question, downloading pdfs or contributing to their social media feed with the Ask Loan Studio hashtag.
We sought to include a range of calculator tools that help guide users when working out their mortgage and financial options. These calculators have been integrated using an iframe and work responsively, making them fully interactive and mobile friendly. Adding in the custom colours and branding, they work cohesively with the aesthetic of the site.
