Mobile First Approach

When designing the new Carlisle Homes website we wanted to place a key focus on a mobile first approach. This way of designing allowed us to ensure best user experience on mobile and tablet devices was at the forefront. We utilised dynamic serving of pages that are typically feature rich and heavy on mobiles, allowing custom templates to be displayed based on the users device. This has ensured mobile users still received a fast experience without reducing the features they had access to.

SVG Interactive Floor Plans

By using Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), we developed interactive floor plans that give users on all devices the capability to add structural options to a base floor plan. Using pre-defined options, users can customise a floor plan that better suits their needs. With zooming, flipping and full screen viewing options available, users are given a unique and interactive experience.

Digital Strategy

Annix has been working with Carlisle Homes as their preferred digital partner for over 4 years. Whilst designing, developing and maintaining multiple websites to the high standard expected, we have also managed the overall digital strategy that has helped Carlisle become a sort after builder across Melbourne. Over the past 4 years we have delivered over +400% increases in both traffic to and leads from the website through a combination of strategies delivered across the end user lifecycle. House & Land Packages

A key area of the Carlisle Homes website is the House & Land packages area where we integrate and pull house and land content from the Runway Packaging system. Users can download a brochure, visit individual package pages, enquire or search and refine the list of available House and Land packages through a search filter. We added in some personalised features like the ability to restore a users last search from a previous visit.

EasyLiving Colour Compare Tool

Designed to enable customers to compare any available colour schemes the EasyLiving Colour Compare Tool allows users to make an informed decisions before choosing the home that is right for them. We built this simple and effective tool to help potential customers visualise their dream home whilst reinforcing the ‘easy’ brand message of EasyLiving by Carlisle. Within the tool, users can filter by external and internal options as well as storeys, block widths, façade types, room types and product swatches.

Search Displays

Using an interactive map as the feature in the Display Homes area, we direct users to search for a Display Home based on home modal, estate and suburb. Within this area, users can browse display details such as address and opening hours as well as receive a link to Google Map driving directions or an SMS with the Display details. On the individual Display Homes pages also included some neat features like if the display is opening or closing soon, what interior theme is on display and other displays that are nearby.
